CEF of Chicago offers an array of different gospel advancing ministry opportunities as well as many training opportunities. From 5-Day Clubs in the summer, Good News Clubs during the school year, and training in teaching and outreach all year round, we are committed to equipping others in going out and sharing God’s word with children.
We are excited to be able to continue to provide monthly Rekindling events for teenagers to stay connected with the ministry as well as continue their training. In October we focused on evangelistic face-painting. After a time of fellowship, the teens not only learned face painting techniques and what equipment they’ll need but more importantly how they can share the gospel message while face painting.
We encouraged the teens to find events in their neighborhoods like block parties in the summer or festivals in the fall to volunteer at and use their newfound skills for Christ.
