Good News Club changes lives. Sharing the Gospel with a child can bring about a major change in that child’s attitude and actions. As Good News Club teachers go into public schools they only see that effect once a week. Luckily one of our club teachers called the office, very excited to tell us about her daughter, who has attended Bible Club for years.
“Last week one of the Good News Club teachers taught about prayer—confessing your sins to God, telling Him what you love about Him and the specific ways He affects their lives. It was amazing to see the kids listen at the time, but the most incredible part was what happened later with my daughter. She came home and that night right before bed, I listened to her prayer—she talked to Him as if He was her best friend, in a more mature way than I had ever heard before. She is learning and growing so much through Good News Club. I came to reach other peoples’ children, but my own are being reached and changed too!”
Our God is powerful and His word changes lives. What an exciting glips into the life of just one child whose life has been changed by Good News Club. She was able to grow in her relationship with her creator because there were people willing to go and teach a Good News Club.
