Spanish Ministry
The Spanish ministry for Chicago CEF is headed up by Hector and Viri Calix. They are working to help reach hispanic children and their families for Christ. They partner with Spanish speaking churches, casting the vision of CEF and helping them reach their communities through 5-Day Clubs and Good News Clubs. We have Good News Club training in Spanish to help people understand it in their native language and help them reach bilingual schools or practice in English to help them reach the children. It is a huge blessing to have the Calixes serve the Spanish community and to see all that God is doing in and through hispanic communities. El ministerio en Español en CEF de Chicago ha estado en camino desde 2017. Yo, Héctor, y mi esposa Viri estamos trabajando para ayudar a llegar a los niños de Chicago y sus familias. Hemos trabajado y nos hemos asociado con Iglesias que hablan Español, proyectando la visión de CEF y ayudándolos a comenzar a llegar a sus comunidades a través de nuestros clubes de 5 días y Good News Clubs. Tenemos entrenamientos de Good News Club en Español para ayudar a las personas a entenderlo en su lengua materna y ayudarlos a llegar a escuelas bilingües o practicar en Inglés para ayudarlos a llegar a los niños. Ha sido una bendición servir a la comunidad Hispana y ver todo lo que Dios está haciendo en esas comunidades y a través de ellas.
